Who We Are

Pastor Mike Pieart

Lead Pastor

Pastor Mike has been married to Melinda since 1992 after dating for six years, starting as high school sweethearts. He has been the Lead Pastor at Bethel since 2015. He has a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Northern Iowa and a Masters of Divinity from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. Mike And Melinda have two grown daughters; the oldest is married and pursuing her master's degree in the Chicago area, while the other is in her junior year of college in Missouri. Pastor has known Christ for over 40 years and has been pastoring for over 30 years. In his lifetime he has lived in eight different states and in Puerto Rico and has traveled extensively. He is a firm believer in the moving of the Holy Spirit, listening to the voice of God, and the authority of the Scriptures.

Pastor Melinda Pieart

Church Life Pastor

Pastor Melinda, while being an ordained Assemblies of God minister, also holds two bachelor's degrees; one in elementary education and the other in special education. She has taught in the public schools, in private Christian schools, as well as homeschooling our children as well as several other children over the years. She is an amazing educator, discipler, trainer, wife and mother. She carries a lot of unnamed titles around the church as she often just does things behind the scenes getting things and people organized and in place so that they function the way that God intended.

Anthony & Carissa Buzbee

Worship Leaders

Worship leading is something that Anthony and Carissa do extremely well. They are led by the Holy Spirit and full of His anointing. They are parents to three amazing children, who are growing up to love and serve God in amazing ways as a testimony to their faithfulness and walk with the Lord. They have servant's hearts and have been involved in the youth group and children's ministries. Carissa is currently the president of the homeschool

co-op that meets in the building. A truly amazing example of servant leadership that is Spirit led and Spirit filled.
